How do I update my shipping address for my subscription?

We have (2) areas to update your address. We'll show you where to update your subscription shipping address.

1. regular orders - VIEW ADRESSES (x)

2. subscription orders - MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Step 1: 

On the top-right, please login to your account.

Step 2:

For regular orders, please click on VIEW ADRESSES (x).

For subscription orders, please click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Step 2:

If you've accidentally clicked on VIEW ADRESSES (x), you'll still be able to access managing your subscription in the red box below. It will say, "... Access it HERE". Please click on it.

Step 2:

Once you've landed on the default page for managing your subscription, please navigate to the Shipping address tab.

Step 3:

Depending on how your subscriptions were set up, please find the address you want to update by the associated subscriptions.

Please click on Edit shipping address.

Step 3:

Please update your shipping address in this window.

Step 4:

Please double-check under Subscriptions that you've modified it correctly. It will show which shipping address is associated to which recurring product subscription.
