I've updated my payment method, but my subscription isn't working...

Select Payment Methods and update/refresh payment method

Select Subscriptions and go into each one to update the order date. Make sure to have the same order date for each one, so they ship together.

Update orders dates here at "Next order".
If you want an order created today, choose a date that isn't greyed out on the calendar as a PLACEHOLDER. Press "Update your next order date"
Repeat this step for your other active subscriptions.

To confirm that the order dates for each active subscription was updated. Go to the window "Upcoming Orders". The subscriptions should be grouped for each upcoming date like this.

Press the box of your PLACEHOLDER dated order and we'll now create it for today.

Press the "Order now" button in the window and press again in the pop-up window "Order Now"

To confirm today's order has been created. Go to "Purchase History". The top record will be the most recent.
If you've completed these steps. Congrats, your order is in the system and will be processed for fulfillment.
