If we have an espresso machine, should we limit ourselves to espresso beans or other recommendations?

Espresso beans, It is recommended to stick to this category unless you are an experienced home espresso brewer. Our filter coffees are not roasted to be soluble enough for espresso. You may experience thin and sour/sharp espresso that lacks sweetness if using filter roasts
It is recommended that our filter roasts on espresso machine only with high end grinder, like EtzMax or EK43, other than that there's not enough solubility to make it enjoyable with espresso extractions.
