My tracking updates say my parcel was delivered, but it's missing...

If you've checked these areas for your package and it hasn't shown up 5 business days after the delivery date excluding weekends and holidays. We'll be happy to further assist.


Note: Tracking updates may say delivered, but other customers have confirmed receiving their parcels a few hours or days afterwards. Couriers may experience a delay in their network system due to higher parcel volumes, especially during busy periods like the holiday season. Our Couriers' websites recommend waiting 5 days after the delivery date before placing a claim on a parcel.


Has the receiver checked the following delivery points? 

-Have you checked with other household members? 

-Have you checked with neighbours and their mail boxes? 

-Have all entrances or designated areas been checked?:  

------Safe Drop locations on the property?  

------Front desk of condo/apartment?  

------Community Mail Box parcel compartment? 


Has the receiver checked their tracking updates?

-If the delivery networks are strained due to higher parcel volumes, unsafe weather or traffic. Then parcels will be redirected to a post office/pick-up centre.

------If not picked up within the deadline, parcels will be sent back to the sender 49th Coffee.
