Why was my order transited to another province? I live within BC…

Unfortunately, we do not have control over how the couriers’ process their shipments. Please note that 49th and Canada Post are different businesses with separate operations.

They do experience significant delays across their network as they work to deliver unprecedented and record-breaking parcel volumes. Some parcels may be transferred to other Canada post locations in other provinces for processing based on capacity. In an effort to manage the parcel volumes, while this reduces further delays, customers tracking their items may notice their parcel is taking a different route then normal.

Canada Post has published these delays throughout the media which includes that the on-time guarantees have been suspended since March 18th 2020.

All mail is being sent at the sender and receivers own risk may not arrive on time.
